EQT Focus is operated by Ingrid Jean-Gilles, a licensed real estate professional affiliated with eXp Realty, serving clients across New Jersey.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries, including our customer relationship manager (Follow Up Boss), our IDX property-search provider (iHomefinder), our hosting provider (Netlify), and SMS/messaging providers and aggregators necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive.
• Brokerage — with eXp Realty, the licensed brokerage under which your transaction is conducted, to the extent required for real estate services.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS text messages from us, you agree to the following:

• Types of messages — we may send transactional and conversational messages related to your real estate inquiry, such as replies to your questions, property information, tour confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Message frequency — message frequency will vary based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Opt-out — you may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Help — reply HELP to any of our text messages for assistance, or contact us directly using the information in Section 10.
• Carrier disclaimer — mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from EQT Focus.

5. Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@creativesolutionsnj.co.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the real estate services you have requested, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations applicable to our brokerage, and for legitimate business purposes such as responding to follow-up inquiries. SMS opt-in records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable texting regulations. Information is deleted or anonymized upon verified request or once retention is no longer required.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct, update, or delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent to SMS communications (by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us directly).
• Opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
